Base Collective services must only be used for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Clients must not use our services for:
• Illegal, fraudulent or criminal activities
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or financial crime
• Receiving, storing or forwarding prohibited, dangerous or hazardous goods
• Misrepresenting the nature of a business, its activities or its ownership
• Sending or receiving unlawful, offensive or deceptive communications
• Activities that may damage the reputation, operations or regulatory standing of Base Collective
• Any activity that may result in legal, regulatory or financial risk to Base Collective or its clients

We reserve the right to request additional information, suspend services, refuse mail handling, or terminate services immediately where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Any suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
